Do not recommed to anyone. The management never follows through on calls, we have had carpet ants for over a year. The bug guy said what needed to be done and nothing after 12 months has been done, we vaccum bags of ants a month. Sidewalk lights are always broken and they allow just about anyone to move in. Also they fail to stand by verbal agreements. For the $800 a month you may think they are cheaply built and very poorly kept up. We purchased a dog after we were told we could and then they back charged us and threatened to kick us out (due to high office turn over). For the money and proper keep up it is not worth it. But I can say they do set in a perfect spot.
