Unfortunately, I?m still living in this s**thole. The parking is terrible and the apartments are poorly insulated, resulting in terrible summer and winter power bills. Their response to issues is slow at best, but prompt payment is always expected. And as long as you?re friends with the mgt (who suck), it doesn?t matter how loud you or inconsiderate to others you are.

get a life and grow-up . you have a a problem move out so the rest of don't have to put up with your crabbiness
