Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
the physical layout impressed me with the room size and the extra features such as soft water, garages, ceiling fans are a real plus.
the staff is excellent and the maintenance is done expedisously.
the apartments are quiet and the neighbors are friendly
also, I would say that the landscaping and lawn maintenance and snow removal is excellant
