A Nice Place, with a Friendly, Helpful Staff

The Ridges/Geneva East is a nice place, and I speak from experience.
I rented a very similar place in the Chicago burbs before moving here. The only difference was that the Chicago apt. was of lower quality but twice the $!
I looked around upon moving to Lake Geneva and found nowhere else that offered the right combination of amenities (personal garage, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, private entrance) at the right price (with incentives it is significantly less expensive than $800 per month!).
The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. I almost always deal directly with ALI, and I very much appreciate her professionalism as well as her energy and enthusiasm!
I've lived in a LOT of apartments, but the Ridges offers the best value for the $ and the nicest experience with staff and neighbors that I have ever enjoyed.
