Last night I spent another restless night as the tenant's dog next door continued to bark until 1:30 Am. This is becoming a regular occurrance - tenant heads to the bars and dogs stays at home. In addition, to the barking - many dog lovers do not pickup after their dog -- nothing better than to leave your apartment in the morning and find a fresh pile of dog poop outside your door. I have also been fearful at times as tenants let their dog out without a leash - someday someone is going to get bite. I love dogs but having one in an apartment is not fair to the dog or fellow tenants - I can't wait to leave once my lease is up! I am paying way too much money in rent to put up with dog poop!!!
