Never in my life have I ever seen a property that is managed by a company that really does not care about their property or tennants. In fact I will go as far as to say that the asst. property manager probably is the one that wrote all of the good comments on this web page. Your better off living in your car at the Walmart parking lot. It started off very good when the first property manager was there 2 years ago and up until recent the second manager was acceptable only if you did not have to deal with the assitant. The management company needs to take a class in hiring practices. I heard they took on another complex all I have to say is that will turn trashy in a matter of time.
