should really get a life! If they don't like it here then leave!! My family has been living here for a couple of years now and we have no complaints at all. The manager was very cordial and we were sorry to see her leave. We do wish her well in her new endeavors. The assistant is exemplary. In fact she was one of the main reasons we decided to rent at the Ridges. She is always there with a warm smile and is very nice to myself, my wife and my kids. Whenever we've needed something fixed or have any questions she gets it taken care of right away. Can't get much better than that! Overall we are very satisfied with the Ridges and the staff. A !! Just another great example of the staff at the ridges trying to talk them selves up. Nothing was said about the manager that just left it was about the current so called rental person and the management company that run it now. What a person needs to do is actually talk face to face to a resident and they will get the truth.

This response was from a tennant, not the staff. I am quite sure somewhere down the line, someone didn't get the dishwasher fixed in time, or their neighbors were a little noisy. The goal of the Assistant Manager is to "TRY" to make evryone happy. Some people are impossible to please. Go ahead, and look elsewhere, I have seen what's out there, and the Ridges has been by far the nicest. As for the assistant manager, I think she tries her hardest to please everyone, and does a fantastic job!
