we have lived here for 2 years, at first it was great, the neighbors were nice, and then stuff started breaking and it didnt get fixed in a timely matter, and to make it worse the water heater tank that was in my sons room exploded i called them at 9am on a saturday, they didnt come out and replace it until 7pm that night, after that water standing on the carpet all day, i was concerned for mold growing, it took for me to get a health inspector to call the landlord for them to actually clean and replace the carpet. i took a job cleaning for them.. yeah that lasted for a month. the maintance guy smacked my ass, grabbed me and what not, so i quit. and now because i dont work there, my lease is not getting renewed!!! because they are afraid i will talk ----, well that didnt matter i am gonna talk all the ---- about them because that place REALLY ------- SUCKS!!
