When we first moved in we thought it was great, very nice area, good size apartment and neat neighbors. It was actually a great place to live until we had to move out (and break our lease)to help my recently widdowed mother-in-law. We offered to pay anyone who would rent our apt. TWO months rent! We paid in full the balance and were expecting to get our security deposit back. They ended up charging us some very ridiculous fees such as 30 dollars for not dusting one our fans before we moved out. Thats not even the worst part. A week later after moving out we got a letter in the mail saying that instead of them paying us the 600 dollars they owed us, they wanted us to pay them 300 more dollars. There reason being that the lady who lived in the apt prior to us offered us a months free rent, but she never paid it, so we had to (because the lease says movein consessions had to be paid back if the lease is broken.) So we got screwed out of 600 dollars! and obviously never paid them the extra. The people there seem nice at first, and even told us we would get the money back. We always paid on time. They have no heart - just try and nickel and dime you out of every last penny.
--Also parking is horrible and the dryers dont work well.
rather than waste over 1000 dollars a month and never get it back, invest in a house!
