I have no idea where these other people are coming from. all of management has always been very pleasant(actually they are all very sweet and helpful), maintenance is fast and polite. I have heard in the past that there was a bad maintenance guy, but is now long gone. the new guy is such a nice guy! He also does a great job and always fast. My appliances are like new and work great! including the washer and dryer that are brand new. I have not had one complaint about The ridges the entire time we have been here. I rarely hear anything through the walls and I have young teens above and next to us. Parking has never been an issue and I have family come in from out of town all the time. They also provide nice big garages included in the rent. they have a ton of shelves and storage and plenty of room for a good sized car. Which makes parking that much easier. I feel like we live alone in a home since we moved here, because we are never bothered. It is very relaxing here, not to mention the bonus work out room and heated pool, they are also great. It is nice to walk around the complex, it is very quiet. The only thing that might be bad about this place is some of the people here that dont take care of their things, If you ask me, I think they are probably the ones that have complaints. a big bonus for us is the bathroom, the bathrooms are huge here! they probably could fit a wheelchair in them. I feel very spoiled here. and the prices are definately fair. not to mention the perfect location almost in the heart of lake geneva and super close to shops and not far from the lake, you could even walk or bike ride if you wanted. porches are huge and private too. all together, I think it is beautiful here, I am very happy and plan on living here a long time. before we moved, I actually read some of these horrible reviews and still absolutely loved it here, I am so glad i didn't let them deture me from moving in. The Ridges often have move in specials. this is great as well. when we moved in, they had a reduced rent price and paid our security deposit. very helpful when you are trying to move. Just visit and don't let unhappy people change your mind. There are always going to be unhappy people and most of the people that leave reviews unfortunately are. You will regret it.
