I don't know what others are complaining about. I really like living here. It's especially nice to have such nice people in the office and such nice maintenance people. Of course the maintenance can take a couple of days but hey there are 2 people and a hundred apartments. What do you expect' Anyways the place is also nice because they get the community involved in purse parties and other little gatherings for the neighborhood. The rent is a little high but it's lake Geneva full of rich pansy asses. All and all I don;t mind living here at all. It's close to everything you can possibly need!
