This is a great apartment building. It allows both cats and dogs. Each unit has their own attached garage and in-unit washer dryer. The upper units have cathedral ceilings.

The walls are thick, so you can't hear noise from your neighbors unless they are really loud. (For example, I have heard when a whole bunch of people cheered at once when the Packers were playing.) But you can't hear normal noise.

They keep the parking lot plowed in the winter and the grass cut in the summer. It's very easy and convenient to pay the rent; you just drop it in the box. Lomira in general is great as it's a small town and has a very cozy feeling. When I've had little maintenance issues they are taken care of right away.
