Not too Bad - Kingston Place is a pretty decent place to live. I lived here for a year and can't say I have any major issues. I lived in one of the newer units that were added later to the building and faced University Ave so it had nicer appliances than the other units. Everything was relatively nice and pretty quiet since it is just far enough away from campus. It was nice being able to always catch ...Full review of Kingston Place

Clean, Simple, Great Landlords - The Jacobsens are great local landlords and make things easy on you. If you call with a request, it will be taken care of, generally before you get home.
511 W. Main is not a luxurious apartment complex. It is simple, but clean and quiet. Noise doesn't travel in the building, either...that's not to say it is completely soundproof, but it is definitely above ...Full review of 511 W. Main Street Apartments

Very nice lofted apartments, good for the price - We've lived here a year and love the apartment. Our only problem is that it is too far from downtown, willy street, state street, etc... Not too far from East Towne if that is your thing. Very close walking distance to grocery store, gas station, Walgreen's, coffe shop and a few restaurants, but for some reason the northside just isn't right for us. Not all that its cracked up to be - I have lived at Kennedy Heights for many years. Overall Its a good place to live, but there are some downfalls.. Parking is a big issue. You can never find a place to park your car because other tennants have many guests or more than 2 cars and management doesnt do anything about it. There are guest stalls for visitors, but residents take them so if you have a visitor they cant park in the lot ...Full review of Kennedy Heights
