Noisy and broken-down - Several people living in the building at the time we were there were noisy (loud music in the day and sometimes at night; get-togethers etc.) and sound traveled well between apartments (we could make out what our downstairs neighbors were saying at times and could hear music from the far side of the building).

Apartment was dirty when we moved in and many things were broken. It also ...Full review of 5022 Sheboygan Ave

Keep on looking - Unless you like living with animals, mold, and 1800's construction, skip this place. There was a bat who was in the building for a couple of days; I saw someone trying to get it out using an umbrella. There was a squirrel in some man's apartment. I've heard of and seen mice. The laundry room is moldy and disgusting. One girl from upstairs said her ceiling leaked, and I ...Full review of Caputo Milsted Building

Horrible Management, DEFINITELY do not recommend - I paid extra to end my lease early and move out. Here´s the problems I had:

- limited parking
- loud cars speeding through the parking lots
- people constantly ringing my doorbell at 2am, 3am, 4am
- 4 days a week of loud, wall-shaking music
- dog feces all over the lawn that never gets picked up
- dog and people urine in the hallways
- beer cans, trash, and ...Full review of The Hunt Club

There is only ONE office and the STAFF SUCKS! - They desperately NEED better office hours! They are basically barely open. ONLY open for a few hours a day and not even on saturday. You HAVE to work around their hours so if you have a m-f job 8-5 you're screwed! They are not willing to be flexible at all. Staff sucks there, the lady there always makes excuses or is just plain LAZY. Always makes excuses! HELP, who else can I go to ...Full review of Tottenham Townhomes

shady, shady management - Where to begin? They came into our apartment with no notice given. They fine you for the most ridiculous things you've ever heard (for instance, having MORE THAN SIX, YES, THAT'S RIGHT, SIX PEOPLE IN YOUR APARTMENT AT ONE TIME). Parking is available - for $160 A MONTH - that's not a typo, and if you don't want to pay it, you'd better stay the hell out ...Full review of Embassy Apartments

1320 Spring Street - All these apartments are owned by the same company. The location is great, close to campus and badger stadium and a 24 convenience store. However, the landlord has quickly gone from being easy-going and kind to unstable and aloof. Other buildings run by these people have had huge problems with roaches, and we have seen a couple in our apartment. Maintenance is very slow in ...Full review of Park Terrace West

Its ok... - The apartment is affordable and nice looking from the inside. The apartments are small. The hardwood floors and the built in bookshelf in the living/dining area are nice and make the apartments look nice. We never had a problem with the maintenance/staff of Bluff Manor, but had problems with other tenants and the noises. It is easy to hear other tenants and their water running. ...Full review of Bluff Manor

very torn... - I have enjoyed mostly my time here, but management sucks, there has been a broken washer & dryer in the basement for at least 4-6 months now, apartments sit empty for a long time yet if you fall on hard times they wont work with you. There seems to be drug dealers in one of the buildings right now... people stopping by for short periods of time all day and night. There are a few ...Full review of Nakoma Towers
