In our eight years in Madison, my wife and I have rented from a total of eight different landlords in eight different buildings throughout the isthmus. Our favorite experience by and large was with the McBride Companies. This locally owned and managed company not only provided fantastic premises in which to live but maintained them with a courteous, professional, and skilled staff. The ownership and management team stays in touch with the ever transient society that is Madison?s campus area by providing a clean, safe, and tolerant atmosphere at reasonable isthmus prices.

In the downtown land of slum lords and faceless corporations that is Madison, Wisconsin it is rare to experience satisfaction in renting an apartment. Phil Hees and his dedicated group have changed that by going above and beyond the call of a landlord, providing a place that we could call home with pride for three years time. My wife and I highly recommend renting from any of their establishments and I can say with experience the McBride companies and their apartment offerings are the best that Madison has to offer.
