This place is a nightmare! First things first....maintenance comes in your apartment whenever they feel like it. They never give you a notice, nor do they leave you a note letting you know they were in there. They have went into my cupboards and used my cleaning products to do some of the maintenance! It is against the law for them to enter an apartment without at least a 12 hr notice unless it is an emergengy. The carpets are stained with cat pee and other various things, they are thin and torn up. The foundation of the place is falling apart, there are tons of bugs that get into the apartment and mgmt does nothing to help out with control of those bugs.
There was an issue with mgmt having to repair all the drywall on the ceilings and walls in the basements due to black mold everywhere.
They charge way too much for such a dirt hole. I would never live here again and I cannot wait to move out.
The management spreads rumors about other tenants and also favors some residents over others, allowing some to paint interiors of the apartments etc...
