The place is absolutely horrible! I have never seen such a thing in my life. Lee and Ellie have people that "watch" out for them. Guess who that is. It is the downstairs crackhead. She always calls about noise and people moving in when I am not even home! She allowed me two parking spots and then said I could only have one after I had already moved in. She gave me an eviction notice for a friend coming to visit for not even 24 hours. Talk about mold' I called her THREE times to fix it, and with no response I called the building inspector, and ever since then I had troubles with her. She yelled, screamed and cussed at me. She also hung up the phone on me multiple times, including the time I called her to request that she salt the sidewalk as I fell down. There are some people that could REALLY hurt themselves on ice. All in all the place is the worst ever, and I would NEVER EVER rent from there again.

I lived there in 2006 and would defenently agree with this! When i was moving out my u-haul got stuck in the yard and rather then help me get it unstuck they just sat and yelled/cussed at me and kept threating to call the police....would never recomend it! I caught the neighbor kid PEEING in the hall, i told ellie and she blew it off...
