when we first moved in things were ok -eight months later still nothing fixed.we called the building inspector to get "Ellie" to budge as Lee is "M.I.A." somewhere and then she decided that we were trouble and to evict us as well & we have two little children. The supposed Gary Wagner who is the LLC for this place sides with Ellie and has no idea other then letters as to whats going on. The basement is full of black mold , my bathroom had mold growing in it, the floor in the kitchen is sinking , flooring coming up as well in the kitchen,patio door didn't lock for the longest until they decided to fix it b/c they were fined for violations,balconys are not up to code,windows are broken and leak air horribly, blamed for other peoples dog crap in yard,faucets leak in bathroom,dishwasher never worked,overcharged for late fees, no copy of lease or check in/out sheet& a ton of broken promises to fix crap and never did nothing -an inaddequate landlord she is - wouldn't recommend this place for my worst enemy. Very unproffesional too.
