WE HAVE AN AWESOME AND DIVERSE COMMUNITY THAT IS BEAUTIFUL AS WELL. THE NATURE WE EXPERIENCE HERE IS THAT OF THE COUNTRY . OUR MANAGEMENT TAKES GOOD CARE OF US AND PROVIDES A CLOSE TO HOME RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH TENANT. THE UNIQUE STLE OF OUR BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS IS ENOUGH TO SELL ITSELF.

I agree that this is most likely the property manager. These are the same images they use everywhere. She will do her best to sell this place to you despite all the problems. They clean up really well right before people come in for seasonal rental viewings, and the look of the complex is one of the few plusses. Units look OK unless you look closely, all appliances are OLD and horrible energy efficiency. Don't let them decieve you too! Check your online crime statistics at the town of madison police website!
