I've lived here for three years now and will be moving now that I'm graduating. I have a 363 SF studio on the third floor. I've had no major problems. The management is great and maintenance is easy to get (incl. for little things) and done promptly.

The furniture was new the year before I moved in,and I have only minor complaints (the bed isn't the greatest; you have to keep all of the furniture except for the bed)

After prices increased this last year, I decided to look at some other places. I basically found that everywhere else had gone up in price and the other apartments in the Near West area were more expensive anyway and supersmall (for the same price range).

The layout of the studio is quite nice, as it has an alcove that can be the "bedroom" and the kitchen also has its own cubby hole.

Very convenient to class, as it is right on many buslines, an easy bikeride to campus, and about a 20 min walk to campus.

The pool & pool area is always clean & well-maintained, but the atmosphere is a little strange (basement-like)

Parking (esp in garage) is cheaper than surrounding places.

No major noise complaints.
