Years at this apartment: 1996-01-01 - 2006-01-01
Lived there for almost 10 years - new owners bought it in 2000 and just super people.
Much better than previous owners who had a management company run it.
They screen people pretty good.
They have a terrific new manager - Laurence - who is easy to reach, knows what he is doing and likes helping people.
Owners and resident manager are quick about resolving complaints.
A lot of people have lived there for a few years or longer.
