This complex rents to lots of college kids and people in their 20's who love to blast loud music. It takes a lot of requests and reminders to get something fixed. After 9 years my rent is considerably higher than new people being lured in due to poor judgment on the part of the rental agents; they rented to many people who couldn't pay their bills, had to be evicted and now are obliged to give big incentives to new renters while the faithful ones are penalized.
