Arbor Hills is currently under a huge rehab and the upgrades that they have made are just incredible. Premier Mgt. really knows what they are doing and doing it in a more than timely fashion. In just two months, all 9 buildings have a new roof, new windows, shutters, entry doors, apt doors, halls painted and an A office staff. The maintenance staff is in abundance and fixes everything correctly the first time. The location is perfect and my neighborhood safe and quiet.
