Since we moved into Arbor Hills almost a year ago, we have had construction going on on our roof, outside our bedroom windows, in our halls and everywhere else. We have had multiple appliance meltdowns (Though the friendly maintenence crew is one of the only hightlights), we had to be sprayed for bugs, and condescended by the property manager whenever we had to have an issue addressed. Only move in here if you want to be regularly inconvenienced. OH, and don't count on using the pool in the summer because it is filled with little kids that are almost never accompanied by their parents.
