I've lived at Arbor Hills since May 2006. Other than the contruction at the entrance, it's been a great apartment. Tiffany is very nice, and always willing to work with us when we have had problems. The Maintenance staff is always right on top of anything we've called with right away. The pool was fun during the summer. Often there were children there, but not more than a couple, and never unsupervised. One time during the summer we had some non residents walking around the grounds, but they were gone by midnight. The location is alright, as we can walk to enough places to take care of daily needs. Everything else we could need is within a five minute drive of our apartment. Being close to the Arboretum is pleasant, and the neighborhood behind Arbor Hills is mostly older, nicer homes, so the community is pretty nice. Either I lucked into the quietest building, or the construction is durable enough that my neighbors rarely bother me. I love my apartment, and even though I will be moving on next spring, I will recommend it to anybody who asks, and even some that don't.
