Well I have lived here for about 5 months now. I seem to be in the office complaining at least once a week. The office staff are very friendly and do their best. Maintained is great, always on top of things and fun to talk with. Unfortunately the buildings are old, so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I feel I have no privacy. Standing in the hallway, you can hear everything going on in someone s apartment. I feel as though I m always on stage, or being listened too by others. Parking is never really a problem, but the parking stalls are small, so I try parking in the corner spots to avoid someone putting dings in my car. The apartment itself is very nice. Completely remodeled and a washer and dryer.. the price is good.. but I wish I would of moved somewhere else.. this place is not designed for a family. If your a college student, couple or even roommates, this is the place to be, but if your a family, well then I would keep looking elsewhere.
