I've been living at Arbor Hills for six months and I love the atmosphere. Great neighbors. I have 2 dogs and they really enjoy the dog run area and playing with other dogs.

I have a two bedroom apartment and it is not too large but just large enough for my husband and I. Before moving in I was afraid it might be to small, but we have great space (the extra storage in the basement helps a bunch). Before moving in, I read some of the previous reviews and was worried about the sound but that is not too much of an issue for me at all. Like anywhere, it all depends on your neighbors.

The apartment was recently remodeled, so everything is new and up to date. Best price we could find for such a new looking apartment. Our rent is $780/month (with 2 dog pet fee). Heat and water included in rent price.

The complex is run by very caring people, I am always helped right away whenever I have a problem or stop by the office. The office has some great services too like bulb exchange and stamps too.

We swam in the pool in the summer which was nice. Its outdoor and not heated so it was usually quite cool, but we really enjoyed it on the hot evenings. We would usually be the only ones in the pool.

I highly suggest Arbor Hills especially for pet owners. They welcome pets and have special pet specific buildings, which I thought was pretty nice. They allow dogs of all sizes and up to two dogs in an apartment.

My previous apartment I had problems with break ins, that is not a problem at Arbor Hills. I feel very safe here.

Good luck i had maintence menw walk in to mine at late hours of the might 4 times maybe because u are married.. i am a single 19 yr old female
