Been here about a year and a half, neighbors are loud, and management does nothing. People do what they like, no regards to rules. The management does not even live on site, so they don't seem to give a rip. Heat never seems to work, and when it does either way to hot or way to cold. Parking is a nightmare, no assigned spots so you may have one place taking up 3 spots and you then have to park at another building. Would not recommend this place, unless you like being ripped off. On the plus side, maintenance does respond quickly, and the pool can be nice except when you find people having sex in it.
