I loved living here!! The management was nice and took care of problems in a timely fashion. I don't know what the last post was talking about because my friend was friends with the maintenance and they lived in the apartments. (and my friend lived in Arbor Hills for 3yrs she loved it so much) The place was beautiful, we had a newly remodeled apartment. The pool was nice and not always packed. BEST PART was in the two bedroom apts. the washer and dryer are in your apt!!! Nice sized 2 bedroom apt. also. Quite to. I would have stayed however the location is to far from the UW Madison, so sadly i had to leave. I have never had a problem with the parking, snow removal is in a timely fashion. Storage is big, however there was a problem with storage flooding a little bit, (basement storage) so we just kept everything in plastic containers and kept it off the ground.
