Black Hawk Trails far excedes the quality of any other place that I have ever rented from. The Apts are clean and noise proof while the grounds make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is close to shopping and is located near Madisons best trails.

The manager loves checking her email to post angry responses and glowing reviews of this complex. You spend hours a day on the internet but fail to provide service to us tenants. You do not return phone calls. You lie often daily and you lie right to a persons face. Its no wonder so many tenants move out and talk behind your back. PS: We hate you and the way you have treated us. May all the bad Karma you have created come back to kick you in the ass. The best thing the owner could do is fire you and throw you out on your ass he would make more money with you gone.
