I have to say that the last anonymous complaint is exaggerated. Yah, the washer/dryer is a little loud.... but at least you have your own in the apartment and don't have to walk to some dirty basement and share with someone else. (and, there are doors there... closing them reduces the noise!) I do not agree about the HVAC systems.... our's is fine. All you have to do is adjust the little buttons that set the temperature, then you won't freeze or boil. The trash is in the garage in a seperate enclosed space... it's not like you have to look out your window and stare at 3 dumpsters full of trash! Overall.... it really is a nice place to live. If you think about all the other places around town, we have it pretty good. The location is great... building is secure... and the people seem friendly. Currently I am in a 2bed/2bath, but I started here in an efficiency. To respond to the other review, yes they are small but that's why it's called an efficiency. And, I did not experience a high level of noise in mine. Everywhere you look is going to have things about it you don't like.... but you have to consider the overall picture, and this one is great!

I agree, it is exaggerated. If you want perfection, buy a house. With an apartment you have to deal with certain things.

The manager loves checking her email to post angry responses and glowing reviews of this complex. You spend hours a day on the internet but fail to provide service to us tenants. You do not return phone calls. You lie often daily and you lie right to a persons face. Its no wonder so many tenants move out and talk behind your back. PS: We hate you and the way you have treated us. May all the bad Karma you have created come back to kick you in the ass. The best thing the owner could do is fire you and throw you out on your ass he would make more money with you gone.
