I lived there for 2 years and the place is sub-par for the amount of money. My first complaint is the heating/cooling system; they have a wall mount unit that is terrible. In the summer months you will roast and the winter you will freeze. The average electric bill in the winter was $130 for a 2-BDRM....I thought this was outrageous, but I hate moving and put up with it.

The walls are paper thin and you will continually hear dogs barking and neighbors running around their apartments. If you have quiet neighbors, this is ok, but if you are unfortunate and have loud neighbors....hold onto your ear plugs.

The grounds are maintained poorly with no irrigation to keep the grass green in the summer and slow snow removal in the winter. I walked/drove in many snowbanks while leaving the complex at 7:30 AM.

The pool is always packed with outside people. They try to lock the gates to keep people out, but many times the main locks are left unlocked at outside kids will overwhelm the facility.

The managemant is always changing, I saw three different managers in 2 years. I had no problems with managers, but if you can't keep staff, you know that you have issues''

They have had many problems with people breaking into the underground garages and stealing items. I never had problems, but you can see the crowbar marks on many of the doors.

Last problem....they are allowing pets in many of the buildings and the buildings are beginning to smell from the dog urine.... not classy at 900 a month.

This would be a perfect complex at around $650-$700/month for a 2BDRM.
