"SJ819" Has been used for years as a user name by the manager occasionally as below she is smarter than a rock and she posts anonymously. Maybe she will get a clue and change her user name. In any case you can not trust any of the 4 and 5 ratings on this complex as they were made by the manager.

ALL OF THE REVIEWS WRITTEN AS AN AD ARE FAKE POSTED BY MANAGEMENT. You want to know what this place is like read the complaints we who are tenants will tell you. All the management sees you as are commission dollars. The manager aught to be a prostitute that is her true calling.

The manager loves checking her email to post angry responses and glowing reviews of this complex. You spend hours a day on the internet but fail to provide service to us tenants. You do not return phone calls. You lie often daily and you lie right to a persons face. Its no wonder so many tenants move out and talk behind your back. PS: We hate you and the way you have treated us. May all the bad karma you have created come back to kick you in the ass. The best thing the owner could do is fire you and throw you out on your ass, he would make more money with you gone.

You obviously have enough extra time on your hands to write how much you hate this place. Maybe you should spend your time wisely, get a job, save up and move out!! And... do you smoke crack? Blackhawk Trails is a very nice place to live and a great value! Good luck to you!

Wow, someone has some serious anger issues. Have you made any complaints about any of the problems (which I don't see listed here) that you have with the complex? I've been a resident here for 3 years now and I love the place. Sure, sometimes the neighbors get slightly louder then I'd like, but that's not really the manager's fault. When they get out of hand, I've made a complaint and ----- has assured me that a notice would be posted to the tenant. Low and behold, those noises have since stopped. I'd really like to know what specific problems you have with the complex? Your post really hasn't given any real feedback to how it is to live at Blackhawk Trails. Apparently you seem to have some issue with the manager. She's always been friendly and helpful when I've dealt with her. Calling her a prostitute is pretty strong and doesn't really lend much weight to anything you have to say on the complex as a whole. Feel free to reply with specific incidents that you feel management has ignored. ----- (Resident for 3 years)

I heard word that were some unhappy comments on here so I though I would check it out for myself. Seeing as how I (-----) the property manager here at Black Hawk Trails am not registered on this site. This is the first time I have ever been on this site and I dont have a problem saying who I am. I only started this position back in January taking over for the former manager. I try my best to make everyone here happy. If you have issues w. me or my complex I am willing to speak w. you face to face.

It is very difficult to take this review seriously. It comes off as pure anger and that is biasing your opinion. You have no proof the manager is posting any of these comments. Looks to me the real manager posted and identified herself as so. Do you think that the person who posted as ---- is the manager, too? My friend lives in this complex and he has really enjoyed his time there. If anyone reads this, please go check out the apartments for yourself and do not judge based off this person's reviews. ~Laura, a former tenant who loved living there.
