Has potential but....

Blackhawk Trails apartments has great potential because of the friendly people, great upscale neighborhood decent size units, but.... The community lacks good management. And there's a simple reason I know this, because one person cannot be the Property Manager, Leasing Agent and Administrative Assistant for a community this size. The residents and property suffer, granted not hugely but enough to place a strain on individuals and property upkeep. Recent rent increases make you think twice about what your paying for.
