I agree with the review about the noise in the apartments (from the upper floors). The appliances also are noisy and poor quality. The taping and painting of the walls is poor. However, in general the neighbors are very nice, there is a lot of space in the apartments. I agree that the rent is out of proportion to the quality and I hope Mackenzie Co looks at this. I appreciate their letting large dogs live here...that was really hard to find. It's really too bad the city of Madison does not extend the bus route...this is a high traffic area. The repair team is subpar but I don't believe the manager has power to change that...only Mackenzie.
