I already live in Carolina Apartments for an year, and I'm in 401 N Eau Claire Ave unit, which is facing the huge park. This is a quiet, and safe community with very friendly manager.
pros: easy access UW-Madison campus thru lot of bus lines, M-F 9am-6pm manager (so, you won't lost any of your packages). well maintenance building and hallway.
cons: relative small pool (I'm a competitive swimmer), low ratio of laundry machine along with the drier.
