If you want to live in Madison without living IN Madison, this is the place. Right on the edge of the West Side, Cortland is only a few blocks from Target, Walmart, Shopko, West Towne Mall, and all the west side restaurants. Very quiet and well kept. The staff is very friendly. The apartment we're in has an awesome floor plan with an island counter in the kitchen. Very open and spacious.
The prices may seem a little steep, but you won't regret it.
