Having just finished writing a scathing review of the Crossings at Elver Park and Premier management, it feels good to be able to write an excellent review of an excellent apartment with excellent management.

Neighbors are friendly - some even baked brownies for everyone when they moved in! The office staff is super sweet. They let my kid help them make copies and stuff like that. They were appalled at how I was treated by Premier management.

The maintenance guys are similarly friendly and are always around getting work done.

There's a park across the street, along with Aldi and Brennan's and Meeting Grounds coffeehouse.

It has the right balance of quietness and socialness. People actually do use the gas grill in the gazebo by the pool and have friends over for the Badger games. But most nights, you hardly hear anyone.

Rent is a bit high for 2 bedrooms (though they are quite large). Rent on 1 bedrooms is good compared to similar apartments on the West Side with similar amenities.
