Great place to live, Safe, Quiet, and New.

I actually lived in Cortland Commons Apartments, which is affiliated with Cortland Pond apartments. I had underground parking, my apartment was new, clean, had beautiful large windows, my neighbors were very quiet, I had washer and dryer in my unit. I had a work out facility and access to Cortland Pond's swimming pool. It was a great and safe place to live. The only downfall was that it was a bit expensive, but that's Madison in general. I highly recommend anyone who wants a safe, well kept, attractive and quiet place to live, Cortland Commons/Cortland Pond is a great choice!!
