Overall this is a nice place to live. The heat is cheap in the winter and the apartments are well kept on the inside. The only problem I have had is with the air conditioner. Last summer they were here 3 or 4 times to fix it and it still isn't working now. I am hoping that other residents do not have this problem as it gets extremely hot inside during the summer with no air conditioning.
