I have been living in Harbour Town for a year now. Management attempts to fix everything right away however attempts aren't always successful. For the first 8 months, the air conditioner did not work on a regular basis and without it the apartment would reach 84 degrees within 2 hours. We barely ever needed the heat because the building is always warm. The most problems came with our clothes dryer. Even though it has been looked at many times, it still takes about 3 hours to dry a small load of clothes - something to do with too much ductwork to get to the outside. There are many other apartments with the same or slightly better ammenities in nearby towns such as middleton or waunakee for significantly cheaper.
