I lived here for a year and would have stayed if I didn't have to move for work. The apartments have plenty of space, the walls are thick so you never hear your neighbors and I found it to be one of the more reasonably priced apartments for the amenities I wanted (washer/dryer and underground parking). The location is very convenient, with the shopping center across the street and right off the beltline Despite the busy road, I felt very safe and the complex was very quiet. The UW grounds in the back helped a lot too. Ruth, the manager, is fantastic and maintence was very prompt and efficient. Overall, really liked these apartments and would have happily stayed longer.
