I have lived in the Heather Valley complex for close to four years now. It is one of the few properties in Madison in which dogs are allowed. The grounds surrounding my home are beautiful. I know that a lot of money has been spent on upgrading the landscaping and improving the safety of the grounds. Yes there are children playing in the streets, yes there are dogs and yes there are people having fun. That is why the community stands out as one of the areas best places.

I am an individual that has high standards not only in my medical profession but also in the place in which I choose to reside. I would not have stayed or continue to stay unless this place is clean, safe and I'm treated with respect. Anytime that I have a work order the item is replaced/repaired within 48 hours. I am greeted by name by the staff at Heather Valley not because I'm a renter among renters but because they care for the individuals renting from them.

If you are looking for an AWESOME place to live that is in close proximity to all and everything on the west side, then check this place out. I don't plan on moving!!
