My boyfriend and I have lived in Heather Valley Apartments since August of 2002. We do not plan on leaving unless outside of Madison. We too had a mold problem, which was taken care of the day after phoned in. We wouldn't lie, there have been some things needing to be fixed. Each time we have called (spoken to or left a message) the repairs have been made within 48 hours. Whenever maintenance enters the apt for the repairs, they leave a note describing when they entered and what they did.

The parking lot could use more efficient lighting. It is adequate as it stands.

The office staff always greets you with a smile and knows you by name. Both of the office personnel come out of their individual offices to greet you.

We feel that this place is a great place to live. Especially if you own a pet. We were lucky enough to have gotten an apartment that has a beautiful open grassy area.

This is also a great place if you have children. There is a park right up the street. There's also a great fitness center, pool, hot tub, and club house! Let alone close to all the major attractions to the west side of Madison. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
