i stumbled upon this website while looking for new apartments and decided to read the heather valley reviews because my boyfriend used to live there. i couldn't believe other people actually had such a horrible experience similar to his. the insulation was NOT as great as one review claims, in fact, all three bedrooms had major mold issues. there was also an issue involving property damage of a neighbor (whose drunk boyfriend vomited in the hallway), whereby his apartment was blamed and the office staff told them since they did it, it was their responsibility. yeah right. the staff at heather valley (yes, including BETH...) is just as crappy as the service and apartments they offer. needless to say, when his lease was up, we happily moved elsewhere.
