My roommates and I have been living in the Heather Valley Apartments for close to a year now, and we are very pleased with our situation. Our neighbors are excellent; the landlord is great and answers any question you could imagine. The location is great. We're within walking distance of a large movie theatre, mall, dry cleaning, health club, and numerous food outlets. There are also a few bus stops located right near our apartment, and the parking is great, as I've been able to park outside my door every day since we've moved in. I would say aside from the occasional police/ambulance siren, our apartment is quite and peaceful. I would highly recommend the Heather Valley Apartments as one of the best places to rent in Madison.
