We?ve lived here for a year now and find our neighbors friendly. We really enjoy having all of the pets around. The office staff and maintenence people are friendly and have always responded to any problems within 12 - 48 hours. It is reasonably priced.....(FOR MADISON!) Our dog loves the big picture window and we like the new microwave and updated non-70?s look. Our apartment is roomy and comfortable. It?s nice and quiet. We recommend living here.
We have seen NO MOLD and probably 3 spiders in the year we have lived here. We plan on staying in Heather Valley until we decide to buy a house.
