I've lived in Heather Valley for a year now, and just renewed my lease. My neighbors are friendly, it's a very pet-friendly property (which is difficult to find!), and I've found management and maintenance to be incredibly helpful.

The only downside of the complex is that the buildings are in need of a little facelift. They're older, and aren't built with the nicest materials, but they do their job.

Anytime I've had a maintenance request, it gets fulfilled immediately. The staff has always been accommodating, and the location is great for the west side.

Any complaints I've read about I think came from a single disgruntled resident who posted multiple times - if you're looking for an affordable place to live that's a good environment for you and your pet, this is a property worth looking into.
