Beth and Melissa are the friendliest most helpful apartment managers I have ever dealt with. If I have a problem it is fixed immediately. I love this place for its location and also that they happily allow dogs, with no bogus "extra pet fee" many apartments get away with.
These are apartments are in great shape. I love the kitchen window, as well as the awesome granite counter tops and built in "quality" microwaves.
The bathroom is completely new, bright and clean. The pool and club house are immaculate!
My lease is just coming due for what will be my third year here. I thought I had better shop around to see what else is being offered in the area. I am a thoural shop around-er and found that bang for buck Heather Valley is the best price for a quality apartment with quality pepole. Anything comparable started at least $150.00 more per month.
