Poor Response to safety concerns and maintenance requests.

Nice setting, however, management is less than cooperative in responding to maintenance requests, even those involving safety hazards to the residents.
Have made several requests, and response has taken up to 2.5 months....even after 3 calls.
Sidewalks have holes in them, no railings, and icy in the winter. Entry security doors do not stay shut, firedoors often do not shut appropriately. Garage side exit doors often stick....residents unable to get out, or get key to turn from outside to get in at times.
Have had numerous electrical issues...replacing switches that either don't work at all, or smoke when plugging in appliances. Electrical heater in bathroom singes the paint on wall above it. Poor response time on these issues.
Gas fireplaces are regulated so that you only see a blue flame...can't even see that it is on if you turn your lights out...
