Poor Parking, slow to respond to maintenance problems, bad security

At first you think "what a great place" but soon after you will start having problems. It took 5 requests and over 6 weeks to fix intercom system. Several break-ins to the underground garage. It's hard to catch anyone in the office. Not enough people to take care of everything going on. Very noisy, you can hear every step that your upstair neighbor is taking. When you do decide to move, the office will start showing your apartment while your still trying to live there. Also, there's no ramp or any other access to the apartments for anyone that may be in a wheelchair.
